This is the first annual 5K Light of Hope Run/Walk to benefit CASA of East Tennessee and its work in Hamblen, Jefferson, Sevier, Knox, and Blount Counties as a voice for abused and neglected children.  Come run or walk to help these kids who need a voice .   All proceeds from the race and raffle benefit CASA - the voice for abused and neglected children.

NOTICE:  Merchants Greene Blvd is a new road and will likely not show up on many GPS units or on online maps such as Google Maps, Yahoo Maps, or MapQuest.  Please use directions below:

Directions:

From Morristown:
Proceed West on AJ HWY (11E).  Merchants Greene Blvd is approx. 2.5 miles past the intersection of Morris Blvd/Walters Drive and Andrew Johnson Hwy.   Bank is on the left and is surrounded by agricultural fields.

From Knoxville:
Proceed East on I-40 to I-81 North.  Continue on I-81 North for 8 miles to Exit #8 (Morristown).  Exit onto Route 25E North toward Morristown.  Proceed approx. 4.1 miles to Exit #1 (Route 160 West).  Go approx. 4.9 miles to right onto Merchants Greene (Rt. 474 North).  Bank is 1.3 mi on the right.

Alternate Route from Knoxville:
Exit I-40 onto Rt 11E.  Proceed approx. 31.1 miles to a right onto Merchants Greene Blvd.

From Tri-Cities:
Take I-81 South to Exit #8 (Morristown).  Exit onto Route 25E North toward Morristown.  Proceed approx. 4.1 miles to Exit #1 (Route 160 West).  Go approx. 4.9 miles to right onto Merchants Greene (Rt. 474 North).  Bank is 1.3 mi on the right.

 Drawing  to be held immediately after the race.  This is a scenic helicopter tour of Sevierville, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Mt LeConte in the Great Smoky Mountains for 2 people.  Also, lunch for 2 at Jersey Mike's Subs. 
A $220 value.  All registered runners will be automatically entered.
